- No-show papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

- At least one author should complete registration in the system after receiving Acceptance Notification.

- Each paper must have a valid registration. Only one paper can be linked to one registration, and the registrant must be an author on each paper.

Note:

1. The early bird discount will be valid until Jun. 30, 2023 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00).

2. Please be advised that Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status. Student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.

3. Registration Fee Includes:

- Admission to all conference workshops, plenaries, sessions, and posters.

- Meals during the conference

- Conference program book and bag.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant.  Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of SYPS 2023 by email is required. (hansensen@learningconf)

- Refund applications made before June 5 will be completed by June 10.

Refund applications made after June 5 will be completed by July 15.
